It all starts with a cup of coffee, and an informal interview to talk about your lifestyle . . . casual . . . informal . . . whether you entertain a lot, how many members in your family . . . entertain guests and have company that stays . . . kids? Are you interested in green building? We talk about traffic patterns, views from your lot, where you'd ultimately like to build. All important questions. Probably, you already have a particular style of architecture in mind. Maybe even a scrap book of images that you've clipped that appeal to you. We discuss square footage, budget, land acquisition and site development, and dreams about bedrooms, baths, kitchens.

Then we go to work on rough sketches, just to make sure we're on the right track. When we review these roughs, we will revise them, until you're happy.

Once we firm up the ideas, we discuss materials, like windows, cabinets, and appliances; all the little amenities that enhance your new home.

Now the actual design process. We firm up floor plans, from all the information that we've collected together, and finalize all the details of your home

We'll meet again and present plans. We'll make corrections to the plans, and get a final set to begin building.

Then, we're on our way! Be assured that you'll be informed all through the design process about everything.
