INITIAL CONSULTATION–First meeting to establish an understanding and discuss your home ideas.
FINANCING–Assist you in getting prequalified for financing (if you're not paying cash), and establish a budget.
SHOP FOR LAND–Locate the perfect site for your new custom home (if you don't already own a lot). SITE ANALYSIS–Make certain the lot of your choice is buildable.
DESIGN COLLABORATION–Share creative ideas to produce a preliminary design that will be the perfect custom home for you.
DESIGN & DRAFTING AGREEMENT–At this point prior to building, sign an agreement to proceed with final plans.
FINALIZE DESIGN–Once the final design has been agreed upon, working drawings will be created.
SHOP FOR FINISH PRODUCTS–Windows, appliances, granite, plumbing & fixtures, fireplaces, plaster, etc... to incorporate into your final estimate.
BUILDING AGREEMENT–At this point, we both sign a "Building Agreement", our binding contracts.
LAST DETAILS–Close on Construction Financing, if necessary, acquire the Building Permit, and finally
TIME TO BREAK GROUND!
